Find the file you have downloaded from internet
You may find that some website is blocked. It means you can��t download any pictures or songs from it. For example, some website have blocked the right click function, so that you can not right click the pictures or songs and save as in your computer. However, once you have visited the website, your computer will download all the files from the website. You can find it in the folder called "Temporary Internet Files". Then you can get the pictures or songs from the website even the website is not allow you to do so.
1)Tool>internet options
Browsing history>settings
View files
Then you can get the files!
